【岗位职责】：
1. 根据适龄拟出国留学学生的需求和特点，为其匹配合适的名校Mentor对学生进行一对一指导，确保指导的针对性和有效性。
2. 负责管理数名中小学生的指导过程，跟进学生的学习进度和反馈。
3. 与学生和家长保持密切沟通，了解他们的需求和困扰，提供情绪支持和建议。
4. 增进学生、家长和Mentor之间的互动和了解，成为青春期学生与家长间的桥梁。
5. 协助解决学生、家长和Mentor之间的沟通问题，促进双方的合作和相互理解。
【我们期待您】：
1. 具备扎实的英文功底，良好的中英文沟通能力。
2. 本科及以上学历，英美国名校本科（美国 TOP20）优先。
3. 具备亲和力，善于与青春期的孩子沟通，能够给予他们情绪上的支持和引导。
4. 具备较强的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够为高端客户提供专业的服务；
5. 具备较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力，能够妥善处理各方之间的关系和问题。
6. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与其他团队成员共同协作，达成团队目标。
7. 对教育事业充满热情，愿意为学生的成长贡献力量。
8. 有K12教育经验或者美本留学咨询经验者优先考虑。

Job Responsibilities:
Match students planning to study abroad with suitable prestigious school Mentors for one-on-one guidance, ensuring targeted and effective advising.
Manage the guidance process for several elementary and middle school students, monitoring their learning progress and feedback.
Maintain close communication with students and parents, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing emotional support and advice.
Enhance interaction and understanding between students, parents, and Mentors, acting as a bridge between adolescents and their parents.
Assist in resolving communication issues among students, parents, and Mentors, fostering cooperation and mutual understanding.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has a solid command of English, with good bilingual communication skills.
Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Is affable, adept at communicating with adolescents, and can provide emotional support and guidance.
Possesses strong communication and customer service skills, capable of serving high-end clients professionally.
Has excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing relationships and issues among different parties effectively.
Demonstrates a strong team spirit, able to collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.
Is passionate about education and willing to contribute to students' growth.
Preferably has K12 education experience or U.S. undergraduate study consultancy experience.
