1. Connect with headquarter, participate in the technical analysis of new product processes and new projects.
2. Participate in the technical exchange of new equipment, countersigning of documents such as technical agreement and purchase contract.
3. Responsible for writing the technical conditions of new tooling, equipment, fixtures and fixtures involved in the process development of new products, communicating with suppliers and submitting the application to the outsourcing.
4. Design process equipment and be responsible for validation and improvement of process tooling according to technical quality requirements.

5. Responsible for organizing relevant staff to analyze the quality of the current production process and production capacity, formulate solutions for weak links, and organizing the implementation work.

6. Responsible for organizing the formulation of corrective / preventive / improvement measures for process, equipment and technical problems in the production process, and follow-up evaluation.
