【Job Responsibilities工作职责】
-Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system.
-Assist in developing and implementing EHS-related regulations, policies, and operational procedures.
-Organize and conduct safety training, environmental protection promotions, safety patrol inspection, and emergency drills, etc.
-Monitor and inspect the implementation of EHS practices across on-site projects to ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, clients' requirement and company standards.
Assist supervisors in the collection and control of project financial data.
-Liaise with company shareholders to complete the collection, processing, and reporting of data related to safety, OPEX, ESG and other relevant areas.
-Support superiors in operational support tasks as required.
-Other task assigned by supervisor.
-负责公司环境、健康与安全（EHS）管理体系的日常运行与维护。
-协助制定并执行EHS相关规章制度、政策及操作流程。
-组织开展安全培训、环保宣传、安全巡查及应急演练等活动。
-监督并检查各现场项目的EHS执行情况，确保符合国家法律法规、客户要求及公司标准。
-协助上级完成项目财务数据的收集与控制。
-与公司股东对接，完成安全、运营成本（OPEX）、环境社会治理（ESG）及其他相关领域数据的收集、处理与提报工作。
-按要求协助上级完成运营支持相关工作。
-完成上级安排的其他任务。
【Qualifications任职要求】
-Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
-Basic proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication.
-Basic understanding of EHS management with strong communication and coordination skills.
-Initiative, result oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to cross team collaboration.
-Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.
-本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程、化学等相关专业优先。
-具备基本的英语读写及沟通能力。
-对EHS管理有基本了解，具备较强的沟通协调能力。
-积极主动、结果导向、责任心强，能适应跨团队协作。
-学习能力强，具有团队合作精神。
