Job Description
-Fully understand FM scope of work, and related detail requirements.
In charge of site facilities operation/ maintenance managing, planning and implementation for client.
-Conduct daily site inspect and analyze the data recording to find abnormal or urgent incident timely, report to project manager and client FM team, provide corrective action plan and carry out approved plan.
Record and analyze client offices HVAC utilities spending, plan for energy conservation and other cost saving from engineering perspective.
-Provide HVAC system standard operation monthly report on time.
Assist to prepare site budget plan and monitoring for HVAC related engineering project and maintenance.
-Manage and periodically assess the service quality, price for related vendors, provide assessment report and improvement suggestions.
-Other task assigned by site manager.
Job Requirement
-College in HVAC engineering or equivalent.
-At least 5 years’ experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance related areas.
-Holder refrigeration and air-conditioning operation certificate is preferred.
-English is required for this position.
