Job Responsibility
-Deputy to Site Manager
-Reporting to Customer on behalf of Site Manager
-Improve existing and develop new preventive maintenance plans
-Analyze equipment weaknesses and improve in coordination with customer requirements
-Support during reactive maintenance
-Identify and control risks in relation with spare part availability
-Track and report technical Documentations availability
-Coordinate necessary calibrations
-Observe all the safety regulations of company and customer, to ensure all the work comply with EHS regulations
-Continuous improvement for onsite equipment
-Finish other tasks assigned by Site Manager
Job Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or computer application related
-Minimum of 7 Years experience for automation equipment maintenance
-Familiar with numerical control system and transducer working principle.
-Ability to read and understand E-Plans and technical drawings
-Be familiar with and proficient in automotive testing equipment principle and structure
-Be capable of analyzing, diagnosing and solving complex failures of equipment
-Job related certificates
-Good capability of computer application usage
-English skills for communication, reporting and recording
