职位描述
工作职责:
根据产品需求,制定产品硬件方案,并进行元器件选型及评估,负责医疗机器人相关硬件电
路开发,完成原理图设计,完成硬件调试;
负责相关医疗机器人产品电控部分的总体设计,绘制电控系统的原理图、布局图、接线图、
线束图、电气元器件的选型、验证,采购清单、质量标准的编制与输出;
参与板级测试、整机测试,以及产品的可靠性测试;
负责整机 EMC 设计及安规设计,使之符合国家要求,满足送检和生产要求;
编写硬件设计文档及其他相关文档;
7. 上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
1. 电子、电气、自动化或生物医学技术等理工科相关专业,5 年以上产品开发设计经验,有
机器人、关节臂等开发经验者优先;
2. 熟练掌握数字电路、模拟电路基础知识,具有元器件选型及评估能力和经验;
3. 熟悉电气元件基本原理,熟练绘制系统电气原理图、布局图,熟练使用 ALTIUM,cadence
等绘图软件;熟悉多层电路板设计规则,能够指导布局布线,具备解决产品中电磁兼容问题
的能力;
4. 具备较强的动手能力,能够熟练使用示波器、万用表、电烙铁等常用调试、焊接设备;
5. 具备良好的英文手册阅读能力;,
6, 具有较强的钻研精神,学习能力,沟通能力强,具有责任心以及团队精神;
7. 具有伺服电机驱动器设计开发相关经验的人员优先考虑。
1. Develop product hardware solutions based on product requirements, select and evaluate
components, be responsible for the development of hardware circuits related to medical robots,
complete schematic design, and complete hardware debugging;
2. Responsible for the overall design of the electronic control part of relevant medical robot
products, drawing schematic diagrams, layout diagrams, wiring diagrams, wiring harness
diagrams, selecting and verifying electrical components, preparing and outputting procurement
lists and quality standards for the electronic control system;
3. Participate in board level testing, whole machine testing, and product reliability testing;
4. Responsible for the EMC and safety design of the entire machine, ensuring compliance with
national requirements and meeting inspection and production requirements;
5. Write hardware design documents and other related documents;
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Major in science and engineering related fields such as electronics, electrical engineering,
automation, or biomedical technology, with at least 5 years of product development and design
experience. Candidates with experience in developing robots, articulated arms, etc. are
preferred;
2. Proficient in basic knowledge of digital circuits and analog circuits, with the ability and
experience in component selection and evaluation;
3. Familiar with the basic principles of electrical components, proficient in drawing system
electrical schematics and layout diagrams, proficient in using drawing software such as ALTIUM
and Cadence; Familiar with the design rules of multi-layer circuit boards, able to guide layout and
wiring, and have the ability to solve electromagnetic compatibility problems in products;
4. Strong hands-on ability, proficient in using commonly used debugging and welding equipment
such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons;
5. Have good English manual reading ability;,
6. Strong research spirit, learning ability, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and
team spirit;
7. Personnel with experience in designing and developing servo motor drivers are given priority
consideration.
