岗位要求：
1. 负责手术机器人软件的开发与维护，使用Qt框架进行图形界面开发；
2. 根据产品需求，设计并实现高效、稳定的用户交互界面；
3. 参与软件架构的设计，优化现有代码，提高系统性能；
4. 与硬件、算法等团队协作，集成多种设备和功能模块；
5. 对项目中的技术问题进行分析和解决，确保系统的可靠性与安全性；
6. 参与系统需求分析、设计文档撰写与评审工作；
7. 定期进行软件的功能升级与优化，维护版本控制和代码质量。
任职要求：
1. 计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 熟练掌握C++语言，具有Qt框架下的实际开发经验；
3. 了解跨平台开发，熟悉Linux/Windows开发环境；
4. 有医疗设备、机器人等行业软件开发经验者优先；
5. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，具有团队协作精神；
6. 熟悉常见的版本控制工具（如Git），有敏捷开发经验者优先；
7. 具备较强的学习能力和独立工作能力，能够承担压力；
8. 良好的英文沟通能力。
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain software for surgical robots, using the Qt framework for graphical interface development;
2. Design and implement efficient and stable user interfaces based on product requirements;
3. Participate in software architecture design, optimize existing code, and improve system performance;
4. Collaborate with hardware, algorithms systems teams to integrate various devices and functional modules;
5. Analyze and solve technical issues within the project to ensure system reliability and security;
6. Participate in system requirements analysis, writing, and reviewing design documentation;
7. Regularly upgrade and optimize software functions, maintaining version control and code quality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
2. Proficient in C++ with practical development experience using the Qt framework;
3. Familiar with cross-platform development and knowledgeable in Linux/Windows development environments;
4. Experience in software development for medical devices, robots, or related industries is a plus;
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
6. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, with Agile development experience preferred;
7. Strong learning abilities and capable of working independently under pressure；
8. Good English communication skills.
