职位介绍1.Failure analysis of defective products, including electrical test failures, EEPROM failures, signal integrity failures, and others.

2.Responsible for the quality planning, control and improvement of product design, development and verification during the new product development process.

3.Develop and optimize quality standards and inspection plans to ensure that product quality meets relevant standards and customer requirements.

4.Analyze and predict possible quality problems in product design, manufacturing, inspection and other links, propose improvement measures and supervise their implementation.

5.Coordinate relevant departments, including R & D, Production, Procurement, etc. to ensure effective control of product quality during the product life cycle.

6.Train, guide the IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC, improve the level of their inspection.
培训、指导IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC，提高其检验水平。
7.Manage customer return process including problem solving process.

8.Provide follow-up on all customer failure analysis, communication and issue resolution at all levels.

任职要求：
1.Must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or the equivalent.
必须具有电子工程或相关专业，本科学历。
2.Must have at least 2 years' working experience in quality management and familiar with various quality standards.
2年以上质量管理工作经验，熟悉各类质量标准。
3.Available for extended business trips to support sister plants.
可以接受出差支持海外兄弟工厂。
4.Knowledge of Office application to analyze and report the findings.
能运用Office软件分析和报告调查结果。
5.Skilled in applicable tools and technical skills.
能熟练运用质量工具。
6.Be fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
流利的中英文（口语及书面）水平。
7.Good knowledge of the quality methods (5W Analysis, 8D report, FMEA) and statistics (Pareto, capability study).
熟悉质量方法（5W分析，8D报告，FMEA）和统计（帕累托图, 能力研究）.
8.Must be able to push relative department take Close Loop Corrective Action.
能够推动相关部门采取闭环纠正措施。
9.Certificated of ISO 9000 inter-auditor.
