ob Description: 工作职责：
1.Be familiar with the classification of customs commodity codes, especially for machines, equipment and tools熟悉海关商品编码归类，特别是机器、设备、工具类。
2.Be familiar with customs laws and regulations, responsible for coordinating and handing export clearance, analyzing the causes of anomaly, avoiding risks, and ensuring compliance with import/export operations 熟悉海关法律法规，负责协调处理通关异常问题，分析异常原因，规避风险，确保进出口操作合规合法。
3.Organize export customs clearance documents and cooperate with third-party trading companies to handle any abnormalities during the customs clearance process 整理出口清关单证，配合第三方贸易公司清关过程中的异常。
4.Control the logistics cost effectively by reasonable transportation arrangement， which include ocean , air, truck , express 通过合理的运输安排，有效控制物流成本。包括海关、空运、陆运、快递等。
5.Communicate with the Vietnamese side regarding import and export matters to ensure the timely supply of materials and equipment 与越南端沟通进出口事宜，确保物料、设备及时供应。
6.Provide consulting services and solutions to the relevant departments regarding to international logistics and customs clearance issues为采购，SC，财务等相关部门解答关于国际物流、清关问题的咨询服务并提供解决方案。
Requirement: 任职要求（ 包含学历、英语、电脑操作等）： 1.College degree or above, major in Logistics , International Trade大学专科及以上学历，国际物流、国际贸易、报关等相关专业优先。
2.Good communication skills of reading, writing in English. 英语四级，具备一定的读写能力，可以与国外进行书面沟通。
3.Understand Customs laws and regulations , be familiar with Import/Export customs declaration and inspection procedures了解海关法律法规，熟悉进出口报关、报检流程。
4.Demanding and supply Planning is preferred . 有需求和供应方面计划经验的优先。
5.Be familiar with Vietnam's customs clearance policies is preferred 熟悉越南清关政策经验的优先。
6.Familiar with MS Office , ERP熟练运用日常办公软件。
