工作职责：
1.Response for hardware and software development for EEPROM, MCU, Re-driver and Re-timer system. 负责EEPROM， MCU， Re-driver和Re-timer系统的软硬件开发。
2.Research, design, test and support the firmware and electronics used in high speed cable and loopbacks研究，设计，测试和支持高速电缆和环回板中使用的固件和电子设备。
3.Working with team and chip suppliers to provide firmware solution for ACC and AEC products. 与团队和芯片供应商合作，为ACC和AEC产品提供固件解决方案。
4.Assist in the development and execution of test set-ups and application programs to troubleshoot and resolve product issues and to validate products to all applicable product requirements协助开发和执行测试设置和应用程序，以排除和解决产品问题和验证产品符合所有适用的产品要求
5.Existing EEPROM/MCU/Re-driver/Re-timer programming system maintenance and upgrade. 现有EEPROM/MCU/Re-driver/Re-timer编程系统的维护和升级。
6.2nd source chip evaluation and qualification兼容性源芯片的评估和鉴定。
7.Training and coaching of firmware/hardware for the team. 为团队提供固件/硬件的培训和指导。
Requirement:
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 计算机科学、计算机工程或电子工程专业本科以上学历。
2.5+ years of industry experience with firmware development. 5年以上固件开发行业经验。
3.Familiar with assembler language programming, good at C/C++, Visual Studio 熟悉汇编语言编程，擅长C/ c++， Visual Studio。
4.Experience working with EEPROM, MCU, Linear Equalizer, DSP 有使用EEPROM， MCU，线性均衡器，DSP的经验。
5.Familiar with network communication interface protocol is preferred, such as Ethernet/ PCIe/ SAS…etc. 熟悉网络通信接口协议优先，如以太网/ PCIe/ SAS等。
6.Ability to learn quickly and contribute in several different areas of embedded software （firmware） 。development 能够快速学习并在嵌入式软件（固件）开发的多个不同领域做出贡献。
7.Good Reading and Writing English skill 良好的英语读写能力。
