岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

供应链开发与管理
- 负责越南及东南亚地区扫地机产品(含零部件)的供应商开发、评估、谈判及合作关系维护。
- Develop and manage supply chain for robotic vacuum products (including components) in Vietnam/Southeast Asia, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship maintenance.

成本优化
- 主导采购成本分析、降本计划及价格谈判,确保成本竞争力。
- Lead cost analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and price negotiations to ensure competitive procurement.

订单与交付管理
- 制定采购计划,跟踪订单执行,确保物料按时交付,协调解决供应链问题。
- Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve supply chain issues.

质量与合规
- 协同质量部门监督供应商产品质量,确保符合公司标准及越南本地法规要求。
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product compliance with company standards and local regulations.

市场与风险洞察
- 分析越南市场趋势、汇率及政策变化,制定风险应对策略。
- Monitor market trends, exchange rates, and regulatory changes to mitigate risks.

跨部门协作
- 与研发、生产、物流等部门紧密合作,支持新产品开发和本地化生产。
- Work closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams to support localization.
任职要求/Qualifications:

教育背景
- 本科及以上学历,供应链管理、国际贸易、工程或相关专业。
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

经验要求
- 8年以上采购经验,有扫地机/家电/消费电子行业经验优先。
- 8+ years in procurement, preferably in home appliances/consumer electronics.

技能要求
- 熟悉越南供应链及进出口流程,具备优秀谈判能力。
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam supply chain and import/export procedures.
- 中英文流利(需与中国团队沟通)。
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus).

- 能适应出差,具备抗压能力和跨文化沟通技巧。
- Willing to travel, with strong problem-solving skills.

- 有中国或东南亚供应商资源网络。
- Existing supplier network in China/Southeast Asia.
- 熟悉ERP系统(如SAP、Oracle)。
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
