岗位职责:

1.Collect, review the information/documents for daily customs declaration purpose (including HS code classification, import and export declaration and etc.) and work with customs forwarder/broker to file formal declaration. Ensure correct and compliant customs declaration and HS classification based on the collected information and documents.

收集整理日常报关所需的相关信息和资料（包括HS 归类和进出口报关等相关工作），与货代/报关行配合完成相关报关资料，并确保报关的准确性和合规性，同时要确保HS code归类的准确性和合规性。

2.Follow the logistics and customs declaration process, handle im/export inspection and other Customs requirements, ensure finishing the customs formality in a reasonable time limit. Keep the im/export records/status in details in a timely manner.

跟进报关流程并对接进出口查验或其他报关需求，确保在规定时间内完成报关工作。及时保存进出口报关相关资料和过程记录。

3.Responsible for implementing the company's export control compliance system to ensure that international trade activities comply with relevant domestic and international laws and regulations ,Carry out classification of export items (such as ECCN/USML classification), risk assessment of destination countries and end-user/use screening to avoid the risk of trade sanctions.

负责执行公司出口管制合规体系，确保国际贸易活动符合中国《出口管制法》、美国EAR、欧盟《两用物项条例》等国内外相关法律法规。 开展出口物项分类（如ECCN/USML分类）、目的地国家风险评估及最终用户/用途筛查，规避贸易制裁风险。

4.Participate in set up & optimization of import and export related process/instruction, IT system and other departments projects etc.

参与进出口相关流程/系统体系/新项目的流程搭建和优化，

5.other works arranged by management

任职要求:

Language level：Advanced

语言水平：英语熟练

Major ：Economics and Trade, Business Administration, Logistics Management and Engineering, etc.

专业：国际经济与贸易、工商管理、物流管理等

Work experience requirements related to the job: Customs import and export declaration related working experience, HS code & ECCN work experiences.

相关工作经验要求：进出口报关管理经验，HS商品归类和出口管制相关工作经验

Minimum years of working experience：>5years

最低工作年限要求: 大于5年
