职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Responsible for UI / UX deliverables and function plan definition.
2. Steering of function implementation status (HW/SW) during development and E/E problem solving status.
3. Review and approval of fulfillment of legal, T&R and Duty of Care Requirements.
4. Support and approval of UI / UX related changes, problems and release workflows according to relevant processes.
5. Ensuring the alignment with BMW/GWM for relevant topics.
6. Approval of Project milestones regarding UI / UX system report, problem solving status and SW plan.
1.负责UI/UX交付成果和功能计划定义。
2.在开发过程中指导功能实现状态(硬件/软件)和E/E问题解决状态。
3.审查和批准法律、T&R和注意义务要求的履行情况。
4.根据相关流程，支持和批准UI/UX相关的变更、问题和发布工作流程。
5.确保与宝马/长城在相关主题上保持一致。
6.批准有关UI/UX系统报告、问题解决状态和软件计划的项目里程碑。
任职要求:
1. UI/UX system or similar, experience in the field of SW/HW architecture.
2. Leadership experience with interculture skills.
3. Communication, motivation and target-oriented skills.
4. Minimum 5 years of working experience.
