岗位职责:

1. Responsible for steering and organizing project milestones review process for Body, Exterior and Interior based on project milestone approach.

2. Project development timeline circle representative of Body, Exterior and Interior. To set-up internal planning based on project timeline.

3. Planning internal tracking schedule of tasks from decision circle and milestone.

4. Responsible for SAT-K internal process to ensure SAT-K , company, cooperation and project target fulfillment.

5. Cooperate with QMS for the corporate and audit requirement in regards of the R&D development Interior/Body&Exterior.

6. Planning and steering of department budget.

7. Tracking department training status, and as interface to plan department training with internal and external resources.

2.车身、外饰和内饰的项目开发时间轴小组的代表。根据项目时间轴制定内部计划。

3.策划从决策层和里程碑的而来的任务的内部跟踪日程。

4.负责光束内外饰研发部的内部流程，确保光束内外饰研发部、光束、合作和项目目标的实现。

5. 为了内饰/车身&外饰研发的公司和审计要求，与质量管理体系团队合作。

6.策划和管控部门预算。

7.跟踪部门培训状态，并作为与内外部资源的接口人策划部门培训。

任职要求:

1. Good knowledge in the area of project management and development processes to meet and fulfill all the above mentioned responsibilities.

2. Knowledge of vehicle development process and timeline of interior, Body&Exterior.

3. Experience in project management background in Interior or Body&Exterior area with knowledge in development processes.

4. Good communication skills. English as working language.

5. At least 8 years working experience in auto industry.
