岗位职责:

As a Lighting System Engineer at Spotlight, you will develop exterior lighting systems and components for MINI and other brands. You manage and oversee the development of head lamps and rear lamps from concept to implementation in new projects as well as facelifts of existing projects. You will coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, purchasers, quality and production engineers to ensure the functional and industrialization maturity according to project milestones. Join our Exterior R&D Team and shape the face of our vehicles! Your main responsibilities are:

1. Development and approval of design and validation results.

2. Review and approval of fulfillment of Targets and Requirements regarding Function, Cost, Weight, Quality and Timing.

3. Leading and coordinating a cross-functional development team in a 360-degree view, including managing external resources (suppliers,
3rd party).

4. Managing and approving related change, problem and release workflows according to relevant processes.

5. Documenting and reporting of project milestone status regarding component development and industrialization.

6. Ensuring the alignment with BMW engineers for relevant topics.

任职要求:

1. Good understanding of vehicle product technology, development and production process.

2. Background in Electrical and Mechanical engineering or similar, experience in the field of electrics/electronics, lighting layout, integration and manufacturing, referencing systems and assembly influences.

3. Good English and communication skills. English as working language.

4. At least 8 years working experience in auto industry.
