岗位职责:
1.According to the various requirements of the workshop and the arrangement of the group leader, participate in the production, quality, personnel, safety, original price, preservation, on-site, energy and other aspects of the work to ensure that the operation of key positions meets the requirements and complete the work tasks of the workshop with quality and quantity；
依据车间的各项要求及班长安排，参与本班组生产、品质、人事、安全、原价、保全、现场、能源等各方面工作，确保关键岗位操作符合要求，保质保量完成车间的工作任务；
2.Production work: Complete the gluing, disassembly, inspection, packaging of spare parts in accordance with the production plan, as well as the packaging protection requirements of the products. Ensure the delivery on schedule as per the delivery plan.
生产工作：依据生产计划完成备件的涂胶、拆卸、检验、包装，及产品包装防护要求，按交付计划如期保证交付；
3.Quality: In accordance with the requirements of job management regulations and job procedures, conduct job monitoring, guidance, and correction of the implementation of standard operations for each team and post in the workshop;
品质：依据岗位管理规定要求及岗位作业流程，对车间各班组岗位标准作业执行情况，进行作业监察、指导、纠偏;
4.Safety: In accordance with safety-related management regulations, participate in various safety activities and daily safety management of the team to enhance own safety awareness;
安全：依据安全相关管理规定，参与物流班组各项安全活动及安全日常管理，提升个人的安全意识；
5.Environment: Implement 5S requirements in workshops and teams to ensure the cleanliness of the work site;
环境：执行车间、班组内的5S要求，保证工作现场的清洁；
6.Production:Complete the quality improvement activities according to the requirements of workshop quality related indicators, so that the workshop quality goal can be achieved;
生产：根据车间品质相关指标要求，完成品质提升活动，使车间质量目标达成；
7.Others: Assist the group leader to complete other tasks arranged by the leader.
其它：协助班长完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school or above;
学历：中专/高中及以上
2.Able to complete assembly operations in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instructions;
能够严格根据作业手顺、作业指导书的顺序、工艺、操作要领完成装配作业；
3.Familiar with the job tools for this job, be able to continuously and independently assemble operations, and meet the job's requirements;
熟练掌握本岗位作业工具，能够连续独立装配作业，满足岗位要求；
4.It can independently deal with abnormal situations in the production process.
能够独立应对生产过程中出现的异常情况。
