岗位职责:
1.According to the requirements of the workshop and arrangement of the team leader, participate in the production, quality, safety, and other aspects of the work, to ensure that the parts welding, surface quality and accuracy of BIW meet the requirements, quality and quantity to complete the work tasks of the workshop.
依据车间的各项要求及班组长安排，参与本班组生产、品质、安全等各方面工作，确保制件焊接和车身面品、尺寸符合要求，保质保量完成车间的工作任务；
2.Use all kinds of tools correctly according to the operation instruction, perform according to the standard operation, make up for the defects according to the defects, eliminate the quality influence of the defects, reduce the scrap of the defective parts
依据作业指导书正确使用各种工具，按照标准作业执行，依据不良进行缺陷的弥补，消除制件缺陷的品质影响，降低不良制件的报废；
3.Conduct statistical analysis on the quality data of the workshop, and verify the effect of corrective measures for quality abnormalities, so as to ensure timely containment of problems and continuous improvement of product quality
对车间品质数据进行统计分析，并对品质异常纠正措施进行效果验证，确保问题得到及时遏制，保证产品质量持续改进；
4.According to the requirements of safety regulations, implement the safe operation procedure to ensure the normal operation of equipment, in order to improve the safety basic management and implement the safe production
依据安全规定要求，执行安全操作规程，保证设备正常运行，以提升安全基础管理实施安全生产；
5.By participating in the cost improvement activities of the team, the operation performance of the team can be improved to ensure the achievement of performance indicators
通过参与本班组成本改善活动，提升本班经营业绩，保证绩效指标的达成；
6.According to the workshop site management standards, do the site 5S3D work well
依据车间现场各项管理标准，做好现场5S3D工作；
7.According to the development requirements of the company, I will improve my skills to meet the job rotation needs
依据公司发展要求，进行自身技能的提升工作，实现岗位轮换需求
8.Responsible for identifying on-site problems, organizing and coordinating resources to carry out on-site improvement work (such as quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, etc.)
负责识别现场的问题，并组织、协调资源开展现场改善工作（如品质提升、成本的降低、效能提升等方面）
任职要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
学历：中专/高中及以上;
2.Understand the business and process of rework
了解返工过程各项业务及流程；
3.Familiar with basic knowledge of rework tools and quality of rework products
熟悉各类型返工工具基础知识及返工产品品质的相关知识；
4. Familiar with the production process of Body shop
熟悉车身车间生产工艺；
5.Familiar with the quality characteristics of Body shop 熟悉车身车间品质特性
4.团队适应性和学习能力：能快速融入新环境，协调沟通顺利，快速掌握教授知识，技能方法并独立操作。
