岗位职责：

1.Participate in the work of production, quality, personnel, safety, cost, security, on-site, energy and other aspects according to the requirements of the workshop and the arrangement of the monitor, to ensure that the operation of production positions meets the requirements, and complete the work tasks of the workshop with quality and quantity;
依据车间的各项要求及班长安排，参与本班组生产、品质、人事、安全、原价、保全、现场、能源等各方面工作，确保生产岗位操作符合要求，保质保量完成车间的工作任务;
2.According to the requirements of the work instructions, perform standard operations, and produce in accordance with process standards and quality standards to ensure safe production and stable quality in the team;
依据作业指导书要求，执行标准作业，按照工艺标准和质量标准生产，确保班组内安全生产和品质稳定；
3.According to the equipment first-level maintenance plan, carry out daily inspections and maintenance of production equipment, improve equipment mobility and ensure equipment integrity;
依据设备一级保养计划，对生产设备进行日常点检和保养维修，提升设备可动率，保证设备的完好率；
4.Safety: In accordance with safety-related management regulations, participate in various safety activities and daily safety management of the team to enhance their own safety awareness;
安全：依据安全相关管理规定，参与本班组各项安全活动及安全日常管理，提升自身的安全意识；
5.Environment: Implement 5S requirements in workshops and teams to ensure the cleanliness of the work site;
环境：执行车间、班组内的5S要求，保证工作现场的清洁；
6.Others: Assist the monitor to complete other tasks assigned by the leader according to the requirements of the functional departments of the company.
其它：依据公司各职能部门要求，协助班长完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求:

1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
