岗位职责:

1.Definition of the sourcing strategy.
2.Establish timeline and milestones for supplier nomination and industrialization.
3.Steering of the outsourced contents of industrialization according to the SAL working model.
4.Preparation, steering and documentation of the SAL Sourcing Committee for supplier nomination.
5.Implementation of Duty-Of-Care Requirements in the supply-chain as defined by the shareholders.
6. Continuous improvement of the SAL industrialization processes and policies update.
7.Reporting for all supply-chain activities for direct (production) material.
8. Approval of series parts quality validation plan and results.
9. implementation of sustainability requirements in the supply chain.

1.Advanced knowledge and background of purchasing and industrialization processes.
2.Proficient experience in parts quality management in E/E parts.
3.Good communication and Project Management skills.
4.English as working language.
5.At least 8 years’ working experience.
