岗位职责:

1.Responsible for SQE Body & White (industrialization, PCS, ISIR, requalification).
2.Responsible for supplier problem solving.
3.Regularly report project progress to line manager or higher-level leaders.
4. Responsible for leading regular meetings between Spotlight and relevant parties such as GWM, BMW and suppliers, and following up on the decision-making results.
1.负责车身外饰件的供应商质量管理（工业化、PCS、ISIR、再认证）。
2.负责解决供应商问题。
3.定期向直线经理或更高层级领导汇报项目进度。
4.负责主导光束与GWM、BMW、供应商等相关方的例会并跟进会议决策结果。

6. At least 8 years working experience in SQE.
