岗位职责:

1. System R&D according to quality system process.
2. Responsible for ensure to fulfill Powertrain components T&R and Doc target from shareholder.
3. Ensure Powertrain components BOM, CR, timeline and feature list can be approved according to process in time.
4. Support to formulate Powertrain platform concept and detail scheme.
5. Review and approve all of technical output formal documentations from GWM, ensure can fulfill T&R and Doc Requirements.
6. Steer DFMEA and PPAP audit process.
7. Manage external resources (GWM R&D, suppliers, 3rd party) to reach target, timeline and quality.
8. Technical issues communication with other Dep. To align the scheme.
9. Find solutions to solve all of system issues.
10. Report system issues and status (regular meeting, milestone).

4.支持制定动力总成平台概念和详细方案。
5.审核和批准长城汽车所有技术输出的正式文件，确保能够满足T&R和文件要求。
6. 管控DFMEA和PPAP审核过程。
7.管理外部资源（长城汽车研发、供应商、第三方），以实现目标、时间轴和质量。
8.与其他部门就技术问题进行沟通，以协调方案。
9.找到解决所有系统问题的解决方案。
10.报告系统问题和状态（定期会议、重要节点）。

1. Be familiar with the structure, materials, properties and production and assembly process of all system components.
2. Familiar with vehicle development process and Powertrain development process.
3. Master system development regulations and failure modes.
4. Familiar with system technology and trend.
5. Ability to solve problems with quality tools such as SPC, 5W.
6. Complete system development experience. Global project experience preferred.
7. Energy Science and Dynamics, Machinery etc.
8. English as working language.
9. At least 6 years’ working experience.

7.能源科学与动力学、机械等相关专业。
8.英语为工作语言。
9.至少6年工作经验。
