岗位职责:

1. Responsible for all cell development related activities.
2. Risk Assessment for cell-related field issues and technical assessment.
3. Cell Supplier coordination and management.
4. Responsible to develop and improve cell and battery safety.
5. Responsible to breakdown requirements from Battery system level to Cell level.
6. Coordinate the cell and battery development with Spotlight, GWM and BMW.
7. Analyze cell-related field issues, organize technical meetings, steer and verify solutions.
8. Steer the supplier during development and test phase and challenge the technical content.
9. Transfer the lessons learned in terms of safety improvement for technical optimization.
10. Support the localization of new sub-materials for test and validation.
