"- Planning of activities required to achieve Q targets and define the project Q plan."
"- Integration in the Q team of the vehicle project and reporting of top issues aligned with work stream quality engineer."
"- Identifying the need for action by the process partners according to project mile stone planning (Q-Team, Q-Days, Q-work review)"
"- Addressing all necessary action requirements for Q-target achievement."
"- Transparent presentation of Q target achievement status and Q processes"
"- Creation of Q project status at the respective project mile stones."
"- Q-Risk Management."
"- Responsible for the project relevant Q-circles."
"- Decision making regarding the assessment of opportunities/risks and the effectiveness of measures (forecast)."
"- Support of the risk manager in case of deficits in the implementation of Q-target relevant scopes in the project."
"- Ensuring that all Q-target relevant opportunities and risks in the project are fully identified and assessed."
"- Addressing needs for measures to the work Stream / CoC leader to reduce Q risks."
"- Steering responsibility Q target achievement complete vehicle."
"- Management of the operational ""Q work"" team."
"- Escalation in case of Q target/Q process deviations to the vehicle project leader and to the GKV-Q or head of his related Quality department."

负责项目相关的质量会议
关于机会/风险评估和措施有效性的决策（预测）
在项目中质量目标相关范围的实施出现缺陷的情况下，支持风险管理
确保项目中所有与质量目标相关的机会和风险都得到充分识别和评估
向工作组/研发工作组负责人提出降低质量风险的措施需求
负责指导实现整车质量目标
管理运营“质量工作”团队
在质量目标/质量流程出现偏差时，向车辆项目负责人和GKV-Q或其相关质量部门的负责人升级报告
