1. 负责安排，监督和审核来料检验的工作；

Responsible for arrange, supervise and verify the incoming material inspection;

2. 参与产线的月度巡检，生产过程的质量控制，对生产线发生的质量问题，实施纠正预防措施，推进生产质量改善；

participate production line monthly audit, quality control of produce process, deal with production line quality issue, implement corrective and preventive actions, push on production quality improvement;

3. 负责成品检验，对成品完成质量要求的抽样，检查和测试。及时处理检验过程中发生的缺陷，实施质量改善措施。

Responsible for the inspection of finish production, perform sampling, checking and testing for finish product according quality requirement. Dispose the defect during inspectioni and implement quality improvement in time.

4. 负责对发现的不良品的进行统计、分析及处理，对供应商发起投诉并要求改善；

Responsible for non-conformity summary, analysis and management, complain suppler and ask for improvement;

5. 负责供应商的质量管理，包括供应商年度审核和评价，推动供应商持续改善交货质量。

Responsible for supplier management, included supplier annual audit and evaluation, drive supplier continue improve delivery quality.

6. 参与公司的审核包括（内审，管理评审，客户审核，3C审核等），对审核的不符合项目提出改善意见，并监督落实；

Participate company audits(internal audit, Management review, customer audit, 3C audit, etc.), provide and implement improve suggestion for non-conformity findings;

7. 参与新供应商，新产品的开发，根据PPAP的要求审核供应商提交的样品开发资料；

Participate in the development of new supplier and products, verify the sample development document which submitted by supplier according the requirement of PPAP;

8. 配合研发部门完成新项目中质量相关的工作。

Cooperate with R&D department to complete the quality related working in new product project.

9. 完成部门主管安排的其他任务。

1.理工科专业，大专及以上学历；
2.五年以上质量相关工作，熟悉来料检验和过程控制方法，熟练掌握5大质量工具；
3.英语听说读写良好；
4.熟练使用OFFICE软件，踏实主动，有较强的责任心。
