Responsibilities (main tasks):

主要工作职责：

1.Make & execute purchasing strategies and targets for global sourcing and localization project;
制定并执行全球采购及国产化的策略和目标；
2.Develop and complete strategies & procedures for procurement, implement monitoring and management;
制定并完善切实可行的采购工作流程和策略，实施监控和管理；
3.Develop and complete the development, maintenance, monitoring and evaluation system of suppliers to meet the plan and target of company purchasing;
制定和执行供应商的开发，维护，跟踪及评价体系以满足公司采购计划和目标；
4.Organize and make procurement plan、material arrival plan, inventory management plan. Implement and monitor orders releasing;
组织建立采购计划，物料到货计划，库存管理计划和相关订单的签订，落实和跟踪；
5.Reasonable and effective inquiry and negotiation of suppliers, cost analysis and evaluation, formulate and implement cost reduction strategy plans, to ensure the achievement of cost reduction goals;
合理有效对供应商询价议价，成本分析及评估，制定降本策略计划，并按计划实施降本，确保降本目标达成；
6.Cross-functional work and coordination with HQ, internal department and suppliers to support and achieve plant project target;
与总部、供应商以及跨部门之间的工作沟通来达到支持和完成工厂的项目目标；
7.Perform other tasks assigned by the department supervisor.
完成部门主管安排的其他任务。
