【主要职责】:
1. 负责来料、制程和交付后的产品质量管理;
Responsible for quality management at reception, during production, and after delivery.
2. 标识和管理不良品,保证不良品不会非预期的使用。每天分析每条产线质量状况,每个月统计质量报告给工厂经理,并跟进改进措施
Identify and manage non-conformities, make sure the items will not be used in production. Analyze day by day the quality status of each lines and issue monthly quality report to the Plant Manager, and follow up the corrective actions.
3. 和其他团队一起合作分析和管理客户投诉,提交8D报告或者整改报告
Cooperate with other teams in analyzing and managing customers’ complaints, submit 8D report or corrective report.
4. 定义和制定所有工序的控制计划(包括参数、检验方法、频次)、作业指导书和检验指导书。并持续的监督各工序质量相关文件适用情况,包括记录情况
Define and formulate the control plan (with parameters, inspection method, frequency), SOP, SIP for all productions. Monitor constantly the respect of quality procedures in all production departments, including the records.
5. 量检具的登记管理和有效期管理
Update the register of the instruments in use and attend to the periodical calibration of all instruments.
6.管理和保留与质量管理体系相关的数据和文件,包括但不限于质量记录
Manage and keep all data and all documentation regarding the quality management system, includes but not limit to the quality records.
7. 负责质量管理体系,并与其他部门一同协作以保证符合质量管理体系
In charge of the QMS , and work with other departments to make sure all were follow the QMS;
8.将来料不良品信息反馈给SQE,并跟进供应商整改措施
Feedback the non-conformities materials to SQE and follow up the corrective actions of suppliers.
9.掌握所有测量仪器的使用,检具现场校验和检测方法。每天监督检查量检具校验工作,以及专用工具的校验,如装配扭力扳手等
Familiar with all inspection instruments, gauges and their calibration methods. Monitor the calibration job on every day, and also some special tools, such as the torque wrench.
10. 部门人员管理,排班、人员培训
Responsible for department staff management, including shift arrangement, attendance, training, etc.
【岗位要求】
1. 5年及以上质量相关工作经验, 3年及以上质量管理工作经验;
5+ years in quality and related field ,3+ years in quality management。
2.会基本口语交流及英语书面书写能力
Capable of basic oral communication and written English writing skills
