职位描述

1、Strategic Market Development‌

l Lead overseas market expansion through targeted sales planning and regional goal alignment.

l Execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

2、Channel & Distribution Optimization‌

l Build and maintain robust partnerships with distributors, agents, and retailers.

l Enhance market reach by refining distribution networks and operational efficiency.

3、End-to-End Sales Operations‌

l Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to order fulfillment and payment collection.

l Implement risk control measures to ensure smooth transaction execution.

4、Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge‌

l Gather and analyze critical market data, including customer insights, trade trends, and competitor activities.

l Translate findings into actionable strategies to strengthen market positioning.

5、Additional Leadership Tasks‌

l Undertake special projects and duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:‌

1、Education & Professional Background‌

l Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.

l Minimum 5 years of proven experience in overseas sales such as Payment terminal ATM, POS, ECR, MobilePhone, IT etc.

2、Language Proficiency‌

l Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent preferred), with strong communication skills for global engagements.

3、Industry Expertise‌

l Deep knowledge of international trade practices, import/export procedures, and regional trade regulations.

l Skilled in crafting marketing strategies tailored to diverse markets.

4、Work Flexibility & Resilience‌

l Willingness to travel for short-term overseas assignments.

l Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments while maintaining performance excellence.
