一、Project background
VCIC Components, Logistic & QA has a steering function for the 19 Component plants in China.
Besides others that is realized by setting KPI’s which in turn need to be tracked, checked,
summarized and reported.
二、Main Tasks
1. Contact Component plants and collect QA KPI’s related Data (CP2/3/4/7, Product Audit, Process
Audit and field data)
2. Evaluate data and notify Management about missed targets
3. Enter Data into KKQ System for Volkswagen Group
4. Contact Volkswagen Group QA WoB regarding technical issues such as using correct Q targets,
explain background for missed target etc.
5. Evaluate field situation via AQUA system for each project of each plant
6. Compile monthly report about the current quality and warranty cost situation for each for each
project of each plant to Inform Volkswagen Group QA, R&D, VCIC QA, R&D, Purchasing and
plants
7. Provide Data for KPI monitor of C-PH
8. Provide Data for BoD report of the Component plants
9. Provide data to C-PHF for market observation
10. Support translating documents
11. Support preparing QA events
三、Qualification
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Experience in international culture
• Several years’ experience in quality assurance or engineering is a plus
• Self-initiative, independence, high motivation/ high willingness to travel
• Self-confidence and able to take responsibility
• Good communication skills and technical understanding
• Very good Chinese, German and English skills
• Competent in using Microsoft Office
