1. Work Scope

A21_Teleservice system test management engineer

To make sure the teleservice leads holistic process functionality, Teleservice test operation is necessary for CN hub to test the deploy from AG side, due to the data privacy limitation, AG staff couldn’t perform the test for CN system, so we need to set up a local test team for this feature, the main test scope covers CBS/CCM/Tire/Battery/SOH leads type, total 2 onside employes are required.

Task：

Leads test case implementation (CBS, CCM, Tire, Battery, SOH...)

Test topic interface with AG and pixida test team (CA-24 & pixida)

Test topic interface with local channel system (App/Tsp/BASE/Xcc)

Generate the test report after the test implementation

Monitor the regular deployment of system and evaluate the leads impact

Verify the authenticity of system issues feedbacked by dealers.

2. Qualifications

· 具备三年以上IT系统及应用端的测试经验，车企研发系统测试人员优先

· 了解常用 API / 消息队列等技术，熟悉 AWS 环境优先

· 熟悉数据库的基本操作，SQL / AWS Athena 优先

· 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的沟通表达能力和时间管理能力。

· 良好的英语听说读写能力，英语可以作为工作语言。

· 具备C1机动车驾驶资格证优先
