Primary Responsibilities/主要职责:
1)参与管理项目包括ITO和OTR阶段，遵循APQP项目管理方法论; Participate managing projects include ITO and OTR phase, follow APQP project mgmt methodology;
2)参与项目质量包括CV/DV/PV样品阶段直到SOP，项目开发阶段应加入质量问题分析过程，如根本原因分析、8D报告审核等。Participate project quality include CV/DV/PV sample phase until SOP, should join root cause analysis, 8D report review etc. in project phase.
3)负责样品的交付，预测管理等，直到SOP; Be responsible for sample delivery, forecast mgmt etc. until SOP;
4)管理客户和内部团队沟通，对项目团队成员拥有一定的领导能力和资源利用能力。Manage the communication for both customer and internal team, leadership ability on project team member and resource leverage.
5)参与评估和管理项目的商业和技术风险，并将项目管理计划之外的决策需求上报给管理团队；Participate assess and manage commercial & technical risks of the projects and escalate decision needs beyond Project Management Plan to the management team;
6)与本地和远程团队一起参与并领导各种项目审查、TG、每日/每周/每月. Participate and lead the various project review, 4 blockers, TG, daily / weekly / monthly with local and virtual team.
7)支持项目经理完成任务；Support project manager to complete job well;
8)是所负责项目事宜的直接责任人; Be the direct responsible person for his/her projects items;
Qualifications Required/必需的资格:
1)知悉PPAP、APQP、AEC-Q100/200、TS16949等汽车行业标准和资质。Have knowledge of automotive industry standards and qualifications such as PPAP, APQP, AEC-Q100/200, TS16949 etc.
2)在领导、结果导向、合作、探索、沟通以及项目管理方法方面一定的技能; Have skills in leadership, result orientation, cooperation, probing, and communication as well as Project Management Methods;
3)知悉新产品的项目管理理论、工具和工程设计流程，有超过1年相关职能工作经验者优先; Have knowledge in Project Management theories, tools and Engineering & Design process for a new product, if have more than 1 years working experience in related function, is a plus;
4)具有项目运行NPI流程、配置管理和变更管理能力; 良好的的时间和优先级管理、探究、问题分析能力、清晰的思维和逻辑能; Have ability to run NPI process, configuration management and change management in the project; Good time & priority mgmt, probing, problem analytics skills, clear thinking and logical ability
5)一定的矩阵式组织中的社交能力以及跨职能团队协调能力；Social skills in a matrix organization and cross-functional team coordination skill;
6)一定的合同和商业实践知识；Know-how in Contracting and commercial practice;
7)具有基础工程知识和接触，快速学习和快速适应新技术和应用; Have fundamental engineering knowledge & exposure, quick learner and adapt to new technology & application quickly;
8) 勇于演说以及写作，拥有英语技能更佳; Courageous in the speaker and writer, Better in English skill;
9)具有一定的压力适应能力、文化差异和包容多样性；Ability to adapt the pressure, culture differences and inclusive the diversity;
