Job Description:
1. Responsible for new process and new SMT production line set up
2. Responsible for new SMT technology introduction
3. Continuously improve the SMT efficiency, using laser replace labelling, panel layout redesign etc.
4. Be lead of the project audit and system audit, to ensure the audit pass every time.
5. Support SMT area in production for process issues, to improve quality and process performance, etc
6. Process control management, PFMEA, Flow chart, Control plan, WI, Capability studies, MSA…
7. PCB panel designing, to make it effiency and good quality
8. SMT process improvement, such as FPY, COPQ, POEE, MRB process ... etc
9. DFM responsibility in SMT area
10. Be technical support to R&D for design/process issue
11. Work with Project teams to import new product;
12. Consider the customers requirement to make customers satisfaction
13. Technical training in SMT team and production technician.
Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Material Engineering
2. Self-starter and fast learner
3. Minimum 8 years’ experience within the electronic production in SMT area.
4. Experience in Reflow soldering, SPI and AOI
5. Experience in automotive production and quality systems, Safety preferred.
6. Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support.
7. Be familiar with IATF16949 and IPC, Knowlage in VDA, BIQS is prefer
8. Knowledge of ISO14001/ISO45001 procedures.
Position Requirements:
1. Personal computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE, CAM, auto CAD and relational database.
2. Strong technical skills in soldering process
3. 5-Tools, statistic knowledge, 6 sigma is plus
4. Good interpersonal skills, able to work with many levels of the organization.
5. Good management skills, able to run projects and work with suppliers.
6. Comfortable to work in team.
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups.
9. Ability to work under direct supervision.
10. Ability to work with clearly defined project steps.
11. Possess some limited knowledge of new product development processes and work-flow
12. Possess a working knowledge of some SBU product lines.
13. Experience in participating on multi-disciplinary product development teams.
14. Basic knowledge of a particular technical area
15. Fluent English，able to free talk with foreigners.
