KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
● Develop the colors and finishings of primary and secondary packaging for brand: Manage artwork, color ranges and defects range board of packaging components.
●To put at disposal printing area to marketing department for artwork elaboration.
● To receive pre-press artwork(BAG) from supplier and send to marketing for approval.
● To follow color matching process.
● Ensure artwork documents comply with regulations for elements under responsibility of Operations
● In charge of validation of packaging components for decoration-change projects, ensure it comply with quality standard. Including:
- Issue test request to lab for new-decorated packaging components
- Work with plant to ensure new-decorated packaging components comply with production line request.
● Issue specification of packaging components for decoration-change projects.
● Contribute to the study of the aesthetic and technical feasibility of artwork and to the advice offered to Marketing by providing optimized decoration solutions (quality, costs, deadline, sustainability, innovation)
● Contribute to the risk analysis of new decoration(feasibility, scheduling, costs), reporting and proposal of solutions
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
1、 University degree, major in commercial design, packaging, printing or related.
2、 3+ year work experience about Printing/ Packaging decoration or related
3、 Good communication skills.
4、 Fluent English speaking and good English Writing.
5、 Detail oriented and responsible.
