工作职责 / Job Responsibilities:

- 根据幼儿园教学安排，负责2-6岁幼儿的英语活动及课程设计与实施；

- Plan and conduct English morning/afternoon activities and lessons for children aged 2-6, following the kindergarten’s schedule.

- 协助班级环境布置，将日常英语与学校当前教学主题相结合；

- Assist in classroom decoration, integrating daily English with the school’s teaching themes.

- 积极参与幼儿园各类活动（部分活动可能需在非工作时间配合）。

- Actively participate in kindergarten events (some may occur outside regular working hours).

任职要求 / Qualifications:

- 英语为母语者优先（来自英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰等国家），非母语者需发音清晰纯正；

- Native English speakers preferred (from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.); non-native speakers must have clear pronunciation.

- 本科及以上学历，需具备以下任一资质：师范类、英语类或相关教育专业学位，或持有PGCE、TEFL、TESOL或CELTA等国际教师资格证书；

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, English, or related fields, or holding a PGCE/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.

- 至少1年以上幼儿或少儿英语教学经验；

- Minimum 1+ years of teaching experience with young learners.

- 性格开朗活泼，富有创造力、责任心、耐心，诚实守信，守时敬业。

- Outgoing, creative, responsible, patient, honest, punctual, and passionate about teaching.
