岗位职责:

1、与BD、内部技术团队紧密合作，独立自主的撰写合同;

Work closely with BD and internal technical team to write contracts independently;

2、与技术团队一起按照客户需求进行合同报价 ;

Work with the technical team to make contract quotations according to customer needs;

3、跟客户沟通确认工作内容，组织技术团队与客户/BD会议以收集、组织信息，调整方案;

Communicate with customers to confirm work content, organize technical team meetings with customers/BD to collect and organize information, and adjust plans;

4、指出潜在的技术上和/或者法务上的问题，给出相应的规避方法或者条款 ;

Point out potential technical and/or legal issues and provide corresponding avoidance methods or clauses;

5、根据优先级和期限完成合同，确保其按时交付;

Complete the contract according to priority and deadline to ensure its delivery on time;

6、保证合同的签署遵循法律法规，公司政策，合规要求以及公司内标准操作程序;

Ensure that the signing of the contract complies with laws and regulations, company policies, compliance requirements and company standard operating procedures;

7、起草和维护多种类型的合同模板。正确使用模板以确保合同易读性，一致性，准确性;

Draft and maintain various types of contract templates. Proper use of templates to ensure contract legibility, consistency, and accuracy;

8、持续监控和维护合同撰写辅助数据库，通过定期评估和回顾实现合同撰写方式与方法的不断优化。

Continuously monitor and maintain the contract writing auxiliary database, and achieve continuous optimization of contract writing methods and methods through regular evaluation and review.
