岗位职责:

职责描述：

1．审核供应商提供的系统设计文件, 并参与相关安装、调试及确认活动(C&Q)的执行;

2．负责与供应商对接，确保工艺自动化系统按照公司需求及规范交付;

3．负责与供应商及其他团队沟通协调工作, 以确保自动化系统按项目计划实施;

4．负责编写及更新自动化系统相关SOP文件;

5．负责工艺自动化系统维护工作，包括但不限于日常维护、故障处理、系统优化、数据备份和安全、灾难恢复执行，权限配置管理等以满足GMP合规和数据完整;

6．上级安排的其他工作。

1. Review the design documents provided by vendors and participate in the installation, commissioning and validation of the system.

2. Responsible to work closely with vendors to ensure the production automation system was delivered according to company requirement and specifications.

3. Responsible to cooperate with vendors and related parties to ensure automation system is executed according to project plan.

4. Responsible to prepare and maintain the SOP documents related to automation system.

5. Responsible to maintain production automation system, including but not limited to routine maintenance, system troubleshooting, system improvement, database backup and security, disaster recovery, system access right management and etc. to meet GMP compliance and data integrity.

6. Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求:

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历, 自动化、计算机、机电一体化等相关专业。

2. 拥有3-5年制药企业DCS生产线系统维护及项目实施的相关工作经验。

3. 熟悉DCS系统结构、硬件和软件、历史数据、通讯协议等，最好有PCS7系统编程经验。

4. 熟悉GAMP5指南及ISA88规范；拥有2年以上HMI组态、PLC逻辑编程、批量控制编程相关工作经验。

5. CET-4，能够阅读英文技术资料为佳。

1. College degree or above, major in automation, IT, mechatronics or related.

2. More than 3 years working experience for production DCS maintenance and automation project execution in pharmaceutical industry.

3. Familiar with DCS hardware and software, historian database, communication protocol and etc. PCS7 system programming working experience is highly preferred.

4. Familiar with GAMP5 guideline and ISA88 standard. More than 2 years working experience in HMI configuration, PLC logic programming and batch control programming.

5. CET-4. Able to read technical documents in English is preferred.
