主要工作内容：

1.Personnel management (organize,motivate, supervise and lead Log. team)

部门人员管理。

2.Interview and hire staff, oversee staff training 部门人员面试、培训。

3.Monitoring (team performance) 评估本部门人员绩效确保部门绩效达成。

4.Customer complaints 处理客户抱怨。

5.Customer communication (ensure customer satisfaction)

及时进行客户沟通，确保客户满意度。

6.Developing logistic concepts based on customer requirements

在客户要求的基础上发展物流。

7.Process optimization Log.(analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions; setting objectives).结合问题进行过程优化。

8.Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems 掌控订单周期及相关的信息系统。

9.Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers(if necessary)

客户供应商沟通谈判。

10.Implementing health and safety procedures.执行健康安全程序。

11.Ensuring the execution of RM planning processing.保证原料计划。

12.Ensuring the execution of correct deliveries on schedule.保证按时交付。

13.Ensuring the quality,quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. 确保货物运输和储存的质量、数量、成本和效率。

14.Ensure fulfillment tasks concerned New projects.保证新项目顺利进行。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，大学英语四级或同等水平

2、至少三年物流管理工作经验，了解国际贸易相关知识；

3、熟悉供应链管理概念，掌握库存管理技术；

4、了解质量管理体系，尤其是 IATF 16949 标准；

5、良好的英语写作能力
