岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1.制定并执行海外市场销售战略,完成年度销售目标及利润指标。
Develop and implement overseas sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and profit goals.
2.管理海外销售团队,建立健全岗位职责,优化销售流程,对经营过程实施有效监督、指导和考核,提升客户转化率与满意度。
Manage overseas sales teams, establish job responsibilities, optimize sales processes, supervise, guide and evaluate process of sales management and improve customer conversion & satisfaction.
3.与售后服务、市场、财务、金融、保险等部门高效协作,确保销售工作顺利推进。
Collaborate efficiently with after-sales service、marketing、accounting、finance、and insurance departments to ensure the smooth progress of sales.
4.拓展并建立与政府机构及大客户的合作关系。
Expand and build partnerships with government agencies, and key accounts.
5.分析市场竞争动态,调整市场策略及销售政策。
Analyze market competition and adjust market strategies /sales policy.
6.监控库存与资金周转效率,确保合规运营。
Monitor inventory turnover and capital efficiency while ensuring compliance.
7.主导当地市场、社群和圈层营销活动,提升品牌影响力。
Lead local marketing, community and circle initiatives to enhance brand presence.
任职要求Qualifications
1.教育背景:本科及以上学历,专业不限。
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above,open to all majors.
2.经验要求:
Experience:
-5年以上汽车行业销售经验,其中3年以上品牌4S店或直营零售店销售管理经验,日韩大众系或新能源品牌优先。
-5+years in automotive sales, including 3+ years managing experiences in brand 4S dealerships or direct chain store,Japanese/South Korean brands/VW .or NEV brands preferrable.
-新市场开拓及复购/转介绍成功案例。
-Proven success in new market expansion or Re-purchase/Referral.
-具备跨国团队管理或海外工作经验优先。
-Cross-border team management or overseas work experience preferrable.
3.能力技能:
Skills:
-英语熟练(IELTS /TOEFL/TEM-8/ CET-6或同等水平),能胜任全英语工作环境,掌握第二外语法语优先。
-Proficient in English (IELTS /TOEFL/TEM-8/ CET-6 or equivalent); Capable of working in full English environment; French as second language preferrable.
-熟悉海外汽车市场及文化消费习惯。
-Deep knowledge of overseas automotive market and consumer behavior.
-熟练运用系统及数据分析工具。
–Proficient in systems and data analysis tools.
