职责:
1. 统筹集团项目合同全周期风险管理,监管国家区域重点项目风险;
2. 负责重点及新型业务孵化、拓展中的风险识别与应对;
3. 制定推广标准化风险管理流程,提升集团整体风控能力;
4. 为国家公司业务提供风险管理服务,保障内外部事务合规;
5. 识别宣传推广、公共关系等活动中的潜在风险并防控;
6. 完成领导交办的其他风控任务。
经验与要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,金融、经济、管理等相关专业;45周岁以下,8年以上大型企业风控经验(含5年以上管理岗),有国际业务风控经验者优先;
2. 精通国内外法规政策及香港上市公司合规要求,熟悉风控理论与工具;
3. 具备强数据分析、逻辑思维及跨部门协调能力,责任心强、抗压性好。
Responsibilities:
1.Oversee full-cycle risk management of group project contracts and supervise risk control for key projects in national/regional areas;
2.Identify and address risks in the incubation, development, and expansion of core and emerging businesses;
3.Establish and promote standardized risk management processes to enhance the group’s overall risk control capability;
4.Provide risk management services for state-owned company operations and ensure compliance in internal/external affairs;
5.Detect and mitigate potential risks in promotional activities and public relations;
6.Complete other risk-related tasks assigned by leadership.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, management, or related fields is required, under 45 years old, 8+ years of risk management experience in large enterprises (including 5+ years in managerial roles), with priority given to those experienced in international business risk control;
2.Proficient in domestic/international regulations and compliance requirements for Hong Kong-listed companies, familiar with risk management theories and tools;
3.Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and cross-departmental coordination skills; high sense of responsibility, stress resilience, and professional ethics.
