职责:

1. 根据公司发展战略，结合海外安保行业市场趋势，制定并实施中长期市场发展规划及年度市场发展计划；
2. 定期开展市场调研与竞对分析，监测市场动态变化，为管理层提供决策依据；
3. 拓展并维护客户资源，针对不同国家和地区客户，制定所负责业务/国家区市场方案；
4. 进行所负责业务/国家区的市场分析、风险管控分析及市场策略研究；
5. 组织开展客户服务、客户关系维护工作和客户满意度跟踪；
6. 领导交办的其他工作。

经验与要求：

1. 本科及以上，45周岁以下，具有大型企业同类岗位5年以上工作经验；

2. 熟悉香港上市公司的管理和业务运作流程；
3. 熟悉相关法律法规政策、掌握海外安保行业业务流程；
4. 具有较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的表达沟通与协调能力。

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute medium - to - long - term market development plans and annual market plans in line with the company's development strategy and the market trends of the overseas security industry.
2. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, monitor market dynamics, and provide decision - making basis for the management.
3. Expand and maintain customer resources, and formulate market plans for the business/country/region in charge according to customers in different countries and regions.
4. Carry out market analysis, risk control analysis, and market strategy research for the business/country/region in charge.
5. Organize and carry out customer service, customer relationship maintenance, and customer satisfaction tracking.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above , under 45 years old，at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a large enterprise.
2.Familiar with the management requirements of Hong Kong–listed companies, as well as enterprise risk management and business operation processes.
3.Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and policies; proficient in the business processes of the overseas security industry.
4.Strong logical thinking skills, with good communication and coordination abilities.
