依据安全安保要求，开展安保相关工作，尤其侧重物防领域，包括警卫管理与保护服务、出行管理与事件应对等。

职位描述：

1.监督、协调和落实所负责区域的安保运营工作;

2.参与客户外出护卫任务，预先评估选择途径地点，护卫车队管理工作;

3.参与客户人员及资产保护，信息网络/视频监控设备的防护维护等工作;

4.配合协助并按负责人要求做好突发事件的处置工作，定期组织应急演练;

5.根据项目实际情况，协助撰写安保方案和应急预案等;

6.与客户对接，做好项目人员的各科目安全培训工作;

7.维护当地关系，及时主动获取当地信息，进行可靠的风险评估。

任职资格：

1.年龄不超过35岁，身体健康、精力充沛、无纹身；需轮值白/夜班;

2.有较强的沟通能力、组织协调和管理能力；稳重踏实，为人正派，服从管理;

3.学习能力强，心态积极，心理素质良好，抗压能力强，能接受长期驻守在海外恶劣环境;

4.机动车驾驶熟练、能使用办公软件及有英语、法语或其他小语种基础者，优先录用;

5.接受过海外安全官培训、有相关行业工作或实习经验者，优先录用。

Conduct security-related work in accordance with internal safety and security requirements, with a particular focus on physical security measures, including guard management and protection services, travel management, and incident response.

Responsibilities (Functions and duties):

1. Supervise, coordinate, and implement security operations in the assigned area;

2. Participate in client escort missions by pre-assessing and selecting route locations, and manage the escort convoy;

3. Assist in protecting client personnel and assets, as well as maintaining and safeguarding information networks/video surveillance equipment;

4. Support and assist in handling emergencies as required by supervisors, and regularly organize emergency drills;

5. Assist in drafting security plans and emergency response plans based on project-specific conditions;

6. Liaise with clients to conduct safety training for project personnel across various subjects;

7. Maintain local relationships, proactively gather local information, and conduct reliable risk assessments.

Experience:

1.Age 35 or younger, in good health, energetic, and no tattoos; must be willing to work ​day/night shifts.

2.Strong ​communication, organizational, and management skills; dependable, ​ethical, and able to follow management directives.

3.Fast learner with a positive attitude,​strong psychological resilience, and high stress tolerance; able to accept long-term assignments in challenging overseas environments.

4.Proficient in operating motor vehicles; skilled with office software; preferred if proficient in ​English, French, or other foreign languages.

5.Graduates from relevant programs or candidates with overseas industry experience are ​preferred.
