Job responsibilities

1. According to company requirements, complete or exceed business tasks locally, conduct business negotiations with clients, sign contracts, and ensure project execution;

2. Search for new local customers, establish and maintain customer relationships, and expand business share;

3. Regularly visit cooperative and potential customers, understand their needs, improve customer satisfaction, and coordinate the resolution of customer feedback issues;

4. Identify potential risks in the business and take measures to reduce them;

5. Other matters arranged by the company.

1. Proficient in Russian and familiar with the local cultural customs of Tashkent and Kazakhstan;

2. Good communication skills in Chinese or English, with no obstacles in daily communication or written writing;

3. Possess strong learning and adaptability abilities;
