岗位职责:
【职责描述 Responsibilities】
1、市场战略制定与业务规划:
结合公司的出海战略,制定目标区域(马来西亚)的销售策略与节奏,包括市场进入路径、价格体系、渠道结构和产品排期;根据区域市场竞争格局、用户偏好、法规要求等进行产品本地化建议和差异化打法;牵头制定年度/季度/月度销售目标,制定可执行落地计划并推进达成。
Market Strategy & Business Planning:
Develop sales strategies and plans for Malaysia aligned with the company’s global expansion goals, including market entry, pricing, channel structure, and product roadmap.
Provide localization recommendations and differentiation strategies based on market competition, user preferences, and regulatory requirements.
Set and drive achievable annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets with actionable plans.
2、渠道开发与深度运营:
构建并管理本地线上+线下销售网络,包括直营电商平台、直营终端门店等;输出渠道激励机制与进销存管理模型;推动销售与运营策略的协同,如促销节奏、定价优化等。
Channel Development & Management:
Build and manage local online and offline sales channels, including our own online stores and physical retail shops. Create sales incentive programs and inventory management systems. Coordinate sales and operations for promotions, pricing.
3、销售闭环与绩效管理:
对本区域销售额、毛利率、费用率等关键KPI负责,实时监控数据,优化资源投入;定期对业务成果、市场反馈进行复盘,为后续迭代提供方向;管理团队,提升其业务执行力与专业能力。
Sales Performance & Team Management:
Be accountable for key KPIs (e.g., sales revenue, gross margin, expense ratio) and optimize resource allocation based on data insights.
Conduct regular business reviews to identify improvements and iterate strategies.
Lead and develop the local team to enhance execution and professionalism.
4、跨部门协同与项目推进:
协同产研、法务、财务、供应链团队,推进产品认证、入驻流程、物流履约、售后体系建设;协调总部资源与本地节奏之间的平衡。
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with product, legal, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline product certification, market entry, logistics, and after-sales support.
Balance local needs with headquarters resources.
5、品牌与用户洞察建设:
推动品牌在本地的落地与认知建设,协同海外推广推进PR/KOL/社媒运营;对目标用户的行为习惯、痛点需求进行调研,为产品优化、内容本地化提供输入。
Brand & User Insights:
Drive local brand awareness and collaborate with overseas marketing on PR/KOL/social media campaigns.
Research user behavior and pain points to support product optimization and content localization.
任职要求:
1、背景与经验:
本科及以上学历优先,有3年以上东南亚特别是马来西亚市场的销售经验,深度了解马来西亚市场环境、消费者行为及商业文化; 有从0到1搭建区域市场或爆品操盘经历者优先考虑; 有丰富的线上电商渠道经验和线下渠道管理经验。
Background & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Southeast Asian market, with a strong focus on Malaysia.Deep understanding of the Malaysian market landscape, consumer behavior, and business culture.
Hands-on experience in building a regional market from the ground up or launching hit products is a plus.
Extensive experience with online e-commerce channels and offline channel management.
2、语言与沟通:
必备项:熟练掌握英语;加分项:粤语/马来语,具备良好的商务沟通与谈判能力; 熟悉目标区域的商务文化与客户决策链条。
Language & Communication:
Must be fluent in English.
Proficiency in Cantonese/Malay and familiarity with local business culture are advantages.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
