YOUR TASKS
● responsible for the coordination of the test strategies and test planning decisions of the different test domains, documents the comprehensive approaches and decisions in the Master Test Plan. 负责不同测试领域的测试策略和测试计划决策的协调，制定总测试计划中的方法和决策。
● Responsible for product testing specification and test method, and training and ensuring test specialist to perform test correctly. 负责制定产品试验规范和测试方法，并指导试验员正确掌握试验方法。
● Responsible for testing plan and tracking list to ensure to complete the task in time. 负责制定试验任务计划并跟踪进度，按时完成。
● Responsible for accepting, checking and registering of testing samples and storage or scrapping or returning the samples after testing etc. 负责检测样品的接受，查验和登记以及试验后样品的管理 (保存，报废，归还等)。
● Strictly following test specification to perform tests to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of test data. 严格按照试验规范执行试验，保证试验数据的真实性和准确性。
● Completing the analysis of test data as required including reviewing the test data or result from test specialist, record and upload the test data to the system in time, and report the trend data deviation按照要求完成试验数据的分析工作包括对试验员提供的试验数据结果的审核工作，及时做好试验数据的记录并上传系统，对趋势性的数据偏移负有报告责任。
● Issuing test report according to customer requirements and management regulations按照客户要求和管理规定出具试验报告.
● Actively participating in the training arranged by the laboratory, continuously improving the quality awareness and test ability, and actively accepting the supervision and guidance of the supervisor积极参加实验室安排的培训，不断提高质量意识和试验能力，主动接受监督员的监督和指导。
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
● Major in science and engineering理工科相关专业。
● 5 years working experience, especially in testing of Laboratory 5年以上工作经验，特别是检测方面。
● Knowledge and experiences in testing methods and strategies。在测试方法和策略方面具有丰富的知识和经验
● Proficient in various testing types such as software testing, hardware testing, integration testing, and system testing, etc. 熟悉软件测试、硬件测试、集成测试、系统测试等多种测试类型.
● Good written and oral communication skills in English.良好的英文书面和口头沟通能力.
