Job Description (职位描述)


Supporting the CDD Executive role by completing pre-CDD data validation checks, liaising with client customers to arrange CDD interviews and handling general queries.


成为尽职调查通讯助理，您将协助尽职调查专员开展一系列客户尽职调查工作，包括与客户沟通安排调查面谈，解答常规问题等。

Responsibilities (岗位职责)


- Need to liaise with our client’s customers via telephone and email to arrange CDD interviews
- 通过电话及邮件联系客户，安排面谈事宜


- Working as a team member to help manage the diary of CDD Executive for interview scheduling
- 协助尽职调查专员管理以及维护客户面谈日程记录，对相关工作文件进行整理及存档


- Handle inbound general query calls from client’s customers
- 协助解答客户咨询电话，及时向尽职调查专员反馈客户情况或疑问


- Coordinate activities to ensure internal SLA’s are met and provide timely updates
- 协助尽职调查专员开展调查工作，确保其顺利进行并及时进行反馈


- Provide timely review and follow up on referrals and queries
- 及时跟进客户提出的问题，并提供后续的解决方案

Basic Requirement (岗位要求)


- Diploma or above degree, ideally in a business related discipline
- 大专或以上学历，商科专业背景者优先考虑


- Relevant experience working in a call centre will be an advantage
- 有相关客服工作经验者优先考虑


- Confidence in liaising with external clients with strong communications skills
- 具备较强的沟通能力，能够自信地与客户进行沟通交流


- Fluent writing and verbal communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is needed
- 较强的书面表达及口头沟通能力，含英语、中文及粤语


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
- 能熟练地使用PowerPoint, Word, Excel等办公室软件


- Highly motivated to deliver results to the right standards and targets
- 主动性强，能按时按质完成工作


- Ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenge even under pressure
