Job Description 职位描述


QC is responsible for quality checking the work of the Client Due Diligence (CDD) Case Handler/CDDE. It is essential that feedback is delivered to these individuals in a constructive manner enabling them to improve and develop their knowledge. Overall the approver is responsible for ensuring the case has been completed to the required standard in line with client policy and procedures and KPMG Quality SLA obligations.


QC负责对客户尽职调查(CDD)个案处理员/ CDDE的工作进行质量检查。QC必须通过建设性反馈提升其专业能力,确保最终交付的个案完全符合客户政策、内部程序及毕马威质量标准。



Role & Responsibility 核心职责:

- Quality Assurance 质量保证

• Checking CDD/KYC cases as “last line of defence” before client submission to ensure that high standards of quality are maintained and within SLA. These checks will be prior to any client escalation and prior to submitting a completed case.

• 作为客户提交前的“最后一道防线”,负责对CDD/KYC案例进行质量核查,确保其符合高质量标准并满足SLA要求。此项检查工作将在任何客户升级前以及最终个案提交前完成。

• Master client CDD policies/procedures

• 精通客户CDD政策/流程

• Command documentation requirements for private companies, partnerships, NPOs, ect.

• 掌握私营公司、合伙企业、非盈利组织(NPOs)等实体的文件合规要求


- Cross-functional Collaboration 跨职能协作

• Partner with CDD Ops to operationalize AML/CDD standards

• 与CDD运营团队协作落实AML/CDD标准

• Proactively track remedial actions, referrals and complex queries

• 主动追踪整改措施、转介案例及复杂查询

• Align with SME Coaches, Ops staff and Change BAs for policy implementation consistency

• 联动业务专家教练(SME Coach)、运营人员及变革分析师(Change BA),确保政策执行一致性

• Deliver real-time policy advisory to CDD Assistants, Telephony Support & Executives

• 为CDD助理、电话支援及个案处理员提供实时政策咨询


- Capability Building 能力建设

• Provide actionable improvement feedback to Case Handlers/CDDEs

• 向个案处理员提供可操作的改进反馈

• Enhance CDD/KYC proficiency through call monitoring insights

• 通过通话监控洞察提升CDD/KYC专业水平

• Diagnose skill gaps and initiate SME Coach-led solutions

• 诊断技能缺口并推动业务专家教练(SME Coach)主导解决方案

• Identify knowledge gaps during daily operation and escalate to SME team for thematic training.

• 在日常营运中识别知识差距并汇报给SME团队进行主题培训。


- Workflow Management 工作流程管理

• Optimize task allocation to guarantee on-time inspection delivery

• 优化任务分配确保按时交付检查结果



- Teamwork 团队协作

• Mobilize cross-team resources under operation needs for critical initiatives

• 配合营运需要进行跨团队资源调动以完成关键任务

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

• 有团队精神以及优秀的团队沟通技巧



Qualification & Requirements 任职要求:


• An understanding of AML/ KYC rules and compliance requirements, with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a financial institution regulated entity.

• 了解AML/KYC规则和合规要求,至少有两年在金融监管机构相关工作的经验。

• Fundamental understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.

• 对AML(反洗钱)和CDD(客户尽职调查)有基本的认识和理解。

• Strong risk identification capabilities, independent problem-solving skills, and logical thinking.

• 较强的风险识别意识,独立解决问题的能力和良好的逻辑思维。

• Excellent stress management and adaptability, with a proactive work attitude and teamwork spirit.

• 有良好的压力管理和应变能力,有积极的工作态度和团队合作精神。

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across stakeholders.

• 能够与不同的部门进行有效的合作和沟通。

• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.

• 优秀的英语书面和口语能力。
