Job Responsibilities:

1、Complete request for supplier list in a timely and accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data records.

2、Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented.

3、Identification and appropriate follow up of opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiencies, standardization, and rationalization of supplier list.

4、Review of existing data for completeness, accuracy, and continuous improvement opportunities.

5、Responsible to set up and maintain vendors records and attach all related documents.

6、Develop standard templates to support team on working efficiency.

7、Other work assigned by Reporting Manager.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree in appropriate business disciplines

2、Fluent Mandarin and English is must

3、Proficiency with computer software, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

4、Self-driven with high integrity

5、Familiar with a variety of the discipline's concepts, practices, and procedures

6、Familiar with procurement process is a plus

7、Strong attention to detail and excellent analytic skill

8、Systematic, punctual, and hardworking
