The senior Sales Manager will be included in a skilled team and will report hierarchically to the Sales Director. The senior Sales Manager aims to ensure the achievement of the company’s business objectives and will be responsible to:

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to define the positioning of the company and the commercial strategies.

• Study the markets of competence with reference to customers, competitors and market trends by reporting results and evidence useful for the definition of commercial strategies.

• Define, in collaboration with the Sales Director, the marketing tools (company presentations, fairs, profile, dvd ...) useful to its commercial policies.

• Define the sales budget in accordance with the Sales Director’s guidelines.

• Analyze the weekly/monthly reports of sales, margins and new business presenting results in the search for new customers and new business opportunities.

• Enable the bidding process for new products or processes of strategic interest.

• Verify/approve the supply offer drawn up based on the customer’s request for offer.

• Be active in debt collection.

SKILLS REQUIRED所需技能

• Degree in Economics.

• 经济学学位。

• At least 10 years experience in similar roles (Sales Manager, Account Manager and Key Account Manager) in structured companies, possibly internationally.

• 至少10 年在结构化公司(可能是国际公司)担任类似职位(销售经理、客户经理和大客户经理)的经验。

• Customer portfolio (automotive and not automotive) and in-depth knowledge of companies and managers, with whom he has shared complex business negotiations.

• Knowledge of industrialization techniques in relation to the productive technologies of the sector.

· Experience with metal-processing industry (e.g. stamping, fasteners, etc.): preferred
