Your responsibilities
Lead and coordinate workshop operations to meet production targets and cost-efficiency goals.
Drive HSE improvements and ensure compliance with China regulations and company standards.
Plan and implement strategies for delivery, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Manage resource planning, recruitment, and team development to support business growth.
Oversee equipment management, utilization, and investment planning for productivity and maintenance.

Expectations for you
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in production and 5+ years in managerial roles; roll production experience preferred.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with ERP and MS software proficiency.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 standards.
