Your Responsibilities
• Support and enhance the annuities renewal system, ensuring reliability and continuity of operations
• Develop scripts and tools (incl. the use of machine learning techniques) to automate data processing tasks, data checks, and system monitoring
• Collaborate closely with business teams to gather data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Facilitate communication and understanding between business users and developers, ensuring alignment of technical and operational needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations
• Continuously learn and adapt to new system architectures as required by project demands
• Document processes, solutions, and system changes in a clear and structured manner
• Any other task aligned with the global strategy, job mission and skill set required
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field
• Solid experience in working with large SQL databases (T-SQL)
• Strong programming skills and hands-on experience with at least one object-oriented language (C#/C++, Python, Java etc.)
• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and attention to details
• Strong self-learning abilities
• Full business competency in English and Chinese (spoken and written), other languages are considered as an asset
• Experience with cross-cultural work environments
• Understanding of APIs and experience in software integration with REST APIs
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of machine learning projects and analysis of large unstructured data
• Familiarity with VBA
