职位要求：
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical related
机械相关专业本科及以上学历
5 years of experience in equipment manufacturing
assembly
5年以上设备制造业经验
2+ years of experience in welding/CNC/Painting
2年以上焊接/机加工/喷漆经验
Advanced in Microsoft Office
良好的办公软件能力
Capable of fast self-learning
良好的自学能力
Proactive problem solving
主动解决问题
Team working, knowledge sharing and result oriented
团队合作，知识共享和结果导向
Lean management is preferred
熟悉精益管理的优先考虑
English: fluent in reading, writing, speaking communication. German is plus
